Standard winter-end exterior clean: salt residue, road dust, pollen, and the usual streaks from rain hitting dirty glass. Two-storey detached, fifteen windows total, plus the cathedral window above the front door.
What we did
- Interior wipe-down with squeegee and microfiber on every window
- Exterior pass with deionized water and water-fed pole, leaves no residue, dries spot-free
- Detail-cleaned the frames and tracks on the openable windows
- Replaced two damaged window screens (homeowner had spares, asked us to swap them while we were there)
Four hours total with two people. We document every job with before/after photos, the homeowner gets them by email same day. That's how the picture above ended up here.
Notes for similar jobs
If your home has a cathedral window or skylights, mention it when booking, we bring the longer pole and the proper safety gear. No surcharge if we know in advance.
